This is your invitation into the World of Microscopic Surgery. High magnification to identify the delicacy of tissues enabling anastomosis of vessels and nerves, down to 0.3 mm diameter, using 18 micron sutures. Guided by a panel of international experts you will experience the benefit of a step by step introduction into a whole new world of unrecognised structures, working on living animals. The very systematic approach to mastering the operation microscope, the micro sutures, tying knots at high magnification, atraumatic no-touch techniques of tissue handling and watertight vascular anastomosis as well as thrombosis prevention are being instructed throughout the course on a one per one teaching basis.
